The licence fee is identical either way. What differs is where the server lives — and what happens on a bad day.
Nothing to install and no hardware to buy. For a one-off onboarding fee we set up your rooms, rates, menus and staff accounts and train your team remotely; hosting, backups and updates sit inside the licence price. Owners check the numbers from anywhere. It needs a working connection at the property.
A server in your building, with reception and every outlet till wired to it. The front desk and POS keep selling through internet and power interruptions, because nothing they depend on is outside the walls.
We recommend cloud unless your connectivity genuinely rules it out. On-premise is the better answer for a property that loses its line often enough to lose revenue by it — not a default, and not an upsell. It is a one-off cost for a server, cabling and the hands to install it, quoted after a site survey rather than guessed.
